Breaking Bad star joins new Fallout TV show season
Of all adaptions of video games, it seems the Fallout TV show has a lot of lasting power, going strong on its third season, with last season introducing Justin Theroux, Macaulay Culkin, Kumail Nanjiani, and Rachel Marsh to the post-apocalyptic ecosystem. Now, with Season 3, Breaking Bad star Aaron Paul has signed up for the gig.
Deadline breaks the news, asserting that this isn’t the first time Paul’s had a run-in with Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy, who act as executive producers, as they worked together on HBO’s Westworld. While unarguably the role that makes Paul recognizable is his work as Jesse Pinkman in AMC’s Breaking Bad, he’s gone on to do other high-profile projects, including appearing in BoJack Horseman, Invincible, and most recently starred in the critically acclaimed game, Dispatch.
In its two seasons so far, the Fallout TV show on Prime Video has hit a lot of streams, breaking around 100 million in the span of its two seasons. It’s been the poster child of Prime Video as of late, as well, frequently charting in the top five on the service.
